Norway is known for being the fjord capital of the world, boasting more of these natural phenomena than anywhere else on the planet. One outdoor adventurer, Tomasz Furamnek, spends his spare time kayaking around Norway’s most beautiful fjords, and documenting them exquisitely.
Furmanek lives in Bergen, Norway, which is a great location for frequent fjord explorations.
“I kayak mainly because it is an easy way to get mental balance,” Furmanek said in an interview. “You get close to nature in a kayak and can experience things that is not possible while hiking.”
Once you see his photos, you’ll understand the appeal. The view from Furmanek’s kayak is one-of-a-kind and absolutely stunning.
